As the health industry is a highly regulated in terms of communication, VisiblyHEARD had to develop unique, compliant ways of ensuring optimal audience segmentation, targeting and messaging for Lancet Laboratories. This was against the backdrop of the Covid19 pandemic and the many new challenges for medical testing that continues to present.
VisiblyHEARD developed a series of strategic activities for Lancet, which included;
– Creative design
– Marketing and advertising in the form of Infomercials
– Radio programmes such as ‘The Health Show by Lancet’ on ZIFM, and Star FM
– Media monitoring
– Reputation management including Press events and briefings
These activities were primarily aimed at demystifying the technicalities of Pathology and laboratory services in general and Lancet’s long-standing reputation as a trusted, accurate and compassionate service provider in particular.
